Following is the policy for Refund and Exchange.

Style, Size, and Photo Changes

For Made-to-Order Personalized Products, we may not be able to cancel or change your order once your items have been put into production. This would mean that the molding and shaping has started. To cancel or change it, would mean a charge of 40% restocking fee based on the item’s price, because the item is made to order and can no longer be sold as new. Restocking fee often includes raw material used, human cost, and the handling fee.

Address Changes

If you need to change the shipping address, please send us an email with your order number, the current shipping address, and the address that you would like to change it to. We can change the address up until your order leaves our facility!

Damaged/Misprinted Items

If we sent the wrong order or item(s), or you received any broken items, Please submit a support ticket, and attach clear photos of the items that represent a quality issue, we will give you a full refund.

It should be noted that our products will undergo STRICT QUALITY INSPECTION before shipment. Due to the damage caused by FORCE MAJEURE FACTORS (weather, transportation process, etc.), we will negotiate with you for a partial refund, please be aware.

Return and exchange your items within fourteen days after receiving your order.

Please note that whatever size, color, and image you upload will be sculptured on your item. If the incorrect size, color, or image is selected and sent out to you, topbobblehead.com is not responsible for replacing these items.

Product Image Disclaimer

Please note that although we make every effort to photograph our products accurately and describe them in detail, we cannot guarantee every photograph in production will accurately depict the actual color of the merchandise due to changes in screen resolution. Please contact us with any questions about the color, material, or size of any item before purchasing.

Sculpting, especially when the subject is a human, is a very subjective process. It is an art, not a science. Since all the sculpting is done based on photographs (which may or may not be good likenesses of the subject), the quality of the photo provided is very important in achieving a strong likeness. But even with a good photo, because of the subjectivity involved with the art of sculpting, some people may see a strong resemblance to the person, and others may not. With a good photo however, we should be able to obtain a good likeness with our specially-trained artists.
 
All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, discounts on personalized items, except in the case of an incorrect shipment. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email; please note that it may take an additional 7-10 business days from the date you receive this email for the funds to be available in your account and it may take an additional billing cycle to see the funds on your billing statement.
 

Exchange & Return
 
If we sent the wrong order or item(s), or you received any broken items, or the quality of the products you received is poor/defective. Please submit a support ticket and attach some clear photos of the items that could present a quality issue, we will offer you a full/partial refund or exchange service.
 
We are not able to offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for any other reasons except for those listed above, because our products are all personalized, which takes an extraordinary amount of time of our skilled craftsmen.
 
Please note that the following reasons are NOT covered by our Return/Exchange Policy, and we are not liable for these issues.

☆Products are damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
☆Personal Reasons due to changed mind, personal taste, etc.
☆Personalized items are one-of-a-kind, it cannot be returned unless it is defective or damaged.

Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.

Please allow up to 72 hours for your refund to process once our warehouse receives the returned product. Your bank statement will reflect a change in 7-10 business days.
